Ingredients

  • Winter Salad: 4 cups mixed winter greens (e.g., kale, baby spinach, arugula), 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes, 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts, roughly chopped
  • Dressing: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp white wine vinegar, 1 tsp honey, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
