# Ingredients:

01 - 4.2 oz mixed salad greens (arugula, baby spinach, frisée)
02 - 5.3 oz goat cheese, crumbled or sliced
03 - 8 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
04 - 1.4 oz toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
05 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 small apple, thinly sliced (optional)

→ Spiced Honey Dressing

07 - 3 tbsp honey
08 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
09 - 1/4 tsp ground cumin
10 - 1/4 tsp ground coriander
11 - 1/8 tsp chili flakes (optional)
12 - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
13 - 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
14 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, and optional chili flakes. Warm gently for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until fragrant. Remove from heat, then stir in lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
02 - Arrange salad greens on a large platter or individual plates. Evenly distribute goat cheese, chopped dates, toasted walnuts, red onion, and optional apple slices over the greens.
03 - Drizzle the warm spiced honey dressing over the salad just before serving.
04 - Toss gently to combine or serve with dressing on the side as preferred.
