03 - In a mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
04 - Spread sauce evenly over pizza base, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese uniformly over the sauce.
06 - Arrange sliced pickles and red onion (if using) on top of the cheese.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
08 - Remove from oven. Garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
