# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Melt butter and chocolate together in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water.
02 - Whisk granulated sugar into the melted mixture. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
03 - Sift in all-purpose flour, matcha powder, and sea salt. Mix until just combined.
04 - Gently fold in white miso paste to create marbling. Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, until set but slightly fudgy. Cool completely before slicing.
05 - Beat mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together until luscious and thick.
06 - Briefly dip ladyfinger biscuits into cooled chai tea. Arrange them in serving cups or glasses.
07 - Spread mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers. Dust with ground cinnamon, cardamom, and cocoa powder. Refrigerate cups for at least 2 hours before serving.
08 - Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter. Firmly press mixture into a lined 8-inch square pan.
