# Pro Tips:

01 -
  • Ready in just 10 minutes with no cooking required
  • Completely dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free
  • Beautiful layered presentation that's Instagram-worthy
  • Naturally sweetened with maple syrup and fresh fruit
  • Provides a gentle caffeine boost from matcha without the jitters
  • Uses simple, wholesome ingredients you can feel good about
02 -
  • Invest in culinary-grade or ceremonial-grade matcha for the best flavor and vibrant color
  • Chill your glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before assembling for an extra-cold drink
  • Use frozen strawberries if fresh aren't available — they'll make the purée even more chilled
  • Double the strawberry purée recipe and freeze extras in ice cube trays for quick future drinks
  • Always check that your coconut milk is from a carton, not canned — canned is too thick and rich for this application
