# Instructions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Wash the delicata squash, trim the ends, and slice into ½-inch rings. Remove seeds from each ring with a spoon.
03 - In a large bowl, toss squash rings with olive oil, maple syrup, sea salt, black pepper, and ground cinnamon until evenly coated.
04 - Place the coated squash rings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping the rings halfway through, until golden and tender.
