01 - 18 mini pretzel rods
02 - 18 small round pretzels
03 - 18 yogurt-covered pretzel rounds
04 - 18 mini chocolate chips
05 - 6 small carrot sticks, cut into small triangles
06 - 6 thin slices red bell pepper
07 - Edible black food marker (optional)

08 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
09 - 1/2 cup sour cream
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
11 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
13 - Salt and pepper, to taste
14 - 1/2 cup hummus

→ Garnishes

15 - Fresh parsley sprigs
16 - Cherry tomatoes, halved

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Transfer to a small serving bowl. Place hummus in a separate bowl.
02 - Thread a mini pretzel rod through three pretzel rounds: one yogurt-covered for the head and two plain for the body. Press mini chocolate chips into the yogurt-covered pretzel to form eyes and buttons. Attach a carrot triangle for the nose. Wrap a thin slice of red bell pepper around the neck as a scarf. Optionally, use the edible marker to draw mouths.
03 - Place the assembled snowmen on a large serving platter. Position the bowls of dips nearby. Garnish the platter with fresh parsley sprigs and halved cherry tomatoes for color.
04 - Serve immediately and enjoy.
