Shrimp, creamy Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella atop golden crust, finished with fresh herbs for a decadent meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 pound pizza dough

→ Sauce

02 - 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce

→ Seafood Topping

03 - 8 ounces raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced

→ Cheeses

06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Garnishes

08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit (245 degrees Celsius). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating to ensure it's adequately hot.
02 - On a surface lightly dusted with flour, shape or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch (30 cm) circular base. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a pizza peel.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for approximately 30 seconds until fragrant. Introduce the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, just until it turns pink. Remove the skillet from heat; the shrimp will complete cooking in the oven.
04 - Evenly distribute the Alfredo sauce over the pizza dough, maintaining a reserved border of about 1/2 inch (1 cm) around the edge.
05 - Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese uniformly over the Alfredo sauce layer.
06 - Place the pre-cooked shrimp evenly across the mozzarella cheese. Follow by a dusting of grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - Bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust achieves a golden-brown hue and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
08 - Remove the pizza from the oven. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired. Slice the pizza and serve immediately.
