# Instructions:

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook penne pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta cooking water, then drain and set pasta aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Discard excess bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the skillet.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, then stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, and whole milk. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Incorporate dried parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper into the sauce. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Return cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon to the skillet. Toss everything to coat with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water gradually to achieve the desired consistency.
