- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until rendered and crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spatula, until thoroughly browned and cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess rendered fat.
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean work surface. Evenly spread ketchup, yellow mustard, and mayonnaise across the surface of each tortilla.
- Divide the cooked ground beef evenly among the prepared tortillas, creating a linear pile down the center of each. Arrange a slice of cheddar cheese, 2 strips of cooked bacon, several pickle spears, thinly sliced red onion, shredded romaine lettuce, and tomato slices on top of the beef.
- Fold the left and right sides of each tortilla inward over the filling. Tightly roll up each tortilla from the bottom edge to enclose the ingredients.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place each rolled wrap seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and lightly crispy.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately while warm.
