18 - 8 small garlic naan breads
19 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
20 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
21 - 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

→ Optional Toppings

22 - Jalapeño peppers, sliced
23 - Fresh lime wedges

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced red onion, and fresh cilantro. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate until assembly.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Push chicken to the side of the pan. Add minced garlic and ginger to the empty space and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Toss chicken to coat evenly in the glaze and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce becomes sticky and caramelizes.
03 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic and chopped cilantro. Brush both sides of each naan bread with the garlic butter mixture. Warm naan in a dry skillet over medium heat or in a preheated 400°F oven for 2-3 minutes until soft and heated through.
04 - Lay out the warm garlic naan on individual plates. Fill each naan with honey garlic chicken and top with a generous spoonful of the chilled cabbage slaw. Add sliced jalapeños if desired. Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges on the side.

# Pro Tips:

01 -
  • A unique blend of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors in every bite.
  • Combines the convenience of store-bought naan with high-quality homemade ingredients.
  • Quick and easy to prepare, taking only 45 minutes from start to finish.
02 -
  • Use fresh ginger instead of powder for a more vibrant and aromatic flavor in the chicken.
  • Wait to warm the naan until just before serving so it remains pliable for folding into tacos.
  • Toss the slaw about 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld without the vegetables losing their crunch.
