# Instructions:
01 - In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth and creamy.
02 - If desired, stir in a few drops of blue food coloring until a pale, icy blue shade is achieved.
03 - Fold the finely chopped fresh chives gently into the dip mixture.
