# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup rolled oats
02 - 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
03 - 1/4 cup natural peanut butter, xylitol-free
04 - 1 large egg

05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
06 - 2 tablespoons finely grated carrot

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pulse rolled oats in a food processor until coarse flour forms.
03 - In a mixing bowl, mix oat flour, applesauce, peanut butter, and egg until a dough forms.
04 - Fold in parsley and grated carrot if using.
05 - Roll dough to about 1/4 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
06 - Use a paw-shaped cookie cutter to cut out treats and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until firm and golden on the edges.
