01 - 7 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped
→ Decorations
02 - 2 tbsp colored sprinkles
03 - 2 tbsp mini sugar pearls or edible stars
04 - 12 pretzel sticks
→ Optional
05 - 1 tsp coconut oil for glossier chocolate
# Instructions:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Place chocolate and optional coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring continuously until smooth.
03 - Transfer the melted chocolate into a piping bag or small zip-top bag and cut a small corner for piping.
04 - Place pretzel sticks spaced evenly on the prepared parchment as tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel to form a triangular Christmas tree shape.
06 - Sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls immediately while chocolate is wet to decorate.
07 - Allow trees to set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
08 - Carefully remove the trees from parchment and serve or package for gifting.
