06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold (240 ml)

→ For the Whipped Frosting

08 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold (240 ml)
09 - ½ cup powdered sugar, sifted (60 g)
10 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
11 - Pink gel food coloring, a few drops (optional)

→ For Decoration

12 - 2 cups conversation heart candies (about 200 g)
13 - ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (40 g)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until the mixture resembles wet sand and holds together when pressed.
02 - Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan lined with parchment paper. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to smooth and compact the surface. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
03 - Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until completely smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until fluffy and fully incorporated.
04 - In a separate chilled bowl, whip 1 cup cold heavy cream to stiff peaks using an electric mixer.
05 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no white streaks remain. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top with an offset spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
06 - In a clean, chilled bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Add pink gel food coloring one drop at a time, mixing well after each addition until the desired shade is achieved.
07 - Release the chilled cheesecake from the springform pan and transfer to a serving plate. Spread the pink whipped frosting evenly over the top and sides of the cake.
08 - Gently press conversation heart candies into the sides of the cake, covering the frosting in an even layer. Arrange additional hearts and rainbow sprinkles on the top surface.
09 - Refrigerate the decorated cake for 30 minutes to allow the frosting and candies to set. Slice and serve chilled for best results.

  • You can customize the candy messages for whoever you're sharing it with
02 -
  • The cake needs at least 4 hours to set completely or slicing will be a mess
  • Decorate with candy hearts shortly before serving or theyll soften and slide right off
  • A quick freeze before decorating makes the filling much easier to frost
03 -
  • Press the crust with a measuring cup bottom for an even layer that won't crack
  • Sort conversation hearts by color first for a pattern that looks intentional
