# Instructions:
01 - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add dried butterfly pea flowers, and steep for 5 minutes until the water turns deep blue. Strain the infusion using a fine mesh strainer and let it cool.
02 - In a pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar dissolves completely.
03 - Add 2 cups cold water to the lemon mixture in the pitcher and mix until evenly blended.
04 - Place lemon slices and fill each glass with ice cubes.
05 - Add equal amounts of the cooled blue butterfly pea flower infusion to each glass.
06 - Pour the lemonade mixture slowly over the blue infusion in each glass to witness the vibrant color transformation from blue to purple or pink.
07 - Gently stir each glass to combine flavors. Serve immediately.
