08 - Blue sanding sugar (for glass rims)

# Instructions:
01 - Add ice cubes, cold water, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and blue raspberry syrup to the blender.
02 - Blend mixture at high speed until a uniform slushie consistency is achieved.
03 - Sample the mixture and, if needed, balance sweetness or tartness by adding extra sugar or lemon juice.
04 - Moisten the rims of serving glasses and dip into blue sanding sugar for decorative touch.
05 - Pour blended slushie into prepared glasses.
06 - Adorn with lemon slices, raspberries, and mint leaves as desired. Serve immediately.
