# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
02 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
07 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

08 - 4 slices sourdough or whole grain bread
09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or softened butter for spreading

# Instructions:

01 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and allow to preheat for 3 minutes.

04 - Arrange bread slices and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or softened butter on one side of each slice. Evenly distribute the broccoli-cheddar filling on the unbuttered side of two slices and top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.
05 - Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 4 to 5 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Allow sandwiches to cool briefly before slicing and serving.
